🧩 Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Epic Dorothy & Comfort Analyst to support, configure, and optimize Epic’s Home Care (Dorothy) and Hospice (Comfort) modules. The ideal candidate will partner with clinical and operational teams to enhance workflows, ensure system stability, and support high-quality patient care in home health and hospice settings.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and optimize Epic Dorothy (Home Health) and Comfort (Hospice) modules

• Analyze clinical workflows and translate requirements into Epic build solutions

• Support end users, troubleshoot issues, and manage incident resolution

• Participate in Epic implementations, upgrades, and go-lives

• Build and maintain order sets, documentation templates, and clinical content

• Perform testing (unit, integrated, UAT) and support change management

• Collaborate with clinicians, IT teams, and Epic TS for issue resolution

• Create and maintain system documentation and training materials

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and regulatory requirements

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Epic Dorothy and/or Epic Comfort

• Solid understanding of home health and hospice workflows

• Experience with Epic configuration, testing, and production support

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Epic certification in Dorothy and/or Comfort

• Experience with Interdisciplinary Care Plans, OASIS, and hospice documentation

• Knowledge of Epic Bridges or reporting tools

• Prior experience supporting large health systems or multi-site deployments
