Detailed Job Description:

  • 5 years of handson development experience on the ServiceNow platform. Strong expertise in Script Includes, Service Portal development, and UI Builder.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS, React for ServiceNow customizations.
  • Experience in ACL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Reporting Dashboards.
  • Ability to work in Agile Scrum methodology. Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Must skills:
  • Strong expertise in Script Includes, Service Portal development, and UI Builder.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS, React for ServiceNow customizations.
  • Explore and implement Now Assist and AgentAI capabilities to improve automation, intelligence, and customer experience.
