Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Security Architect to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AWS security tools and frameworks, as well as cloud migration strategies and incident response protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Architecture:
Design and implement robust AWS security architecture.
Ensure best practices in IAM, VPC, KMS, WAF, Shield, and threat detection.
Conduct vulnerability scans and security assessments.
Cloud Migration:
Develop secure migration strategies from on-premise to AWS.
Assess risks and apply security controls throughout the process.
Incident Response:
Lead investigations and remediation efforts for security breaches.
Maintain and improve incident response plans.
Collaboration & Governance:
Work cross-functionally with dev and ops teams to integrate security.
Mentor teams on cloud security best practices.
Required Skills:
15+ years of hands-on experience in AWS security, including:
IAM, KMS, VPC, NACLs, Security Groups, WAF, Shield, Inspector, GuardDuty, Macie.
Experience with cloud migration tools and strategies.
Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and IaC tools (Terraform).
Strong knowledge of networking (firewalls, routing, VPNs).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline).
Preferred:
AWS Certified Security Specialty (preferred, not mandatory)
