Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management Consultant to implement, configure, and optimize the Performance & Goal (PMGM) modules within SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and business teams to align talent management processes with organizational objectives, enabling effective goal-setting, continuous performance management, and appraisal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system design and configuration.
- Design and manage templates for goal plans, performance reviews, competencies, and calibration processes.
- Define and configure workflows, permissions, rating scales, and form routing maps.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to ensure alignment with performance management strategies and best practices.
- Conduct testing (unit, system integration, UAT) and resolve any functional issues.
- Train HR and business users on new processes and system functionality.
- Support change requests, enhancements, and post-go-live support.
- Maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Monitor module performance and ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 3 6 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module.
- Proven experience in configuring performance forms, goal libraries, route maps, and role-based permissions (RBP).
- Understanding of continuous performance management, feedback, and 360 reviews.
- Familiarity with integrations to other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Learning, Succession).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification.
- Experience in global HR system rollouts or multi-country implementations.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Calibration, 360 Multi-Rater, and Continuous Performance Management tools.
- Experience with XML-based template configuration.
