Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Veeva Vault PromoMats Tech Lead to join a leading Life Sciences client. This role requires a hands-on, strategic thinker who can lead complex implementations, guide technical teams, and ensure seamless Veeva integrations across systems. This is a remote position, but preference will be given to candidates within reach of Chicago, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and integration of Veeva Vault PromoMats with client systems.

  • Serve as the technical liaison between internal teams and client stakeholders.

  • Oversee data migration, ETL workflows, and system integrations with Salesforce, IQVIA, and other platforms.

  • Ensure compliance with GxP, HIPAA, and other healthcare-related standards.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.

  • Support Agile delivery cycles and participate in sprint planning and reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead on Veeva Vault PromoMats projects.

  • Veeva certifications (additional Veeva Vault certifications highly preferred).

  • Strong technical knowledge in Data Warehousing, Web Services, ETL, SQL, Force.com, FTP, Batch CSV integrations, and data migrations.

  • Experience with Salesforce, IQVIA, and integration architecture patterns.

  • Deep understanding of Life Sciences compliance standards, including GxP and HIPAA.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
