Summary:
Our Team is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support delivery of high quality web experiences across Minecraft.net and supporting services. This role will manage execution for front end experience delivery, platform enhancements, and compliance driven initiatives.
This role requires strong program management discipline, excellent communication skills, and hands on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and web development workflows.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $70.00 - $75.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.

Responsibilities:
- Program & Project Delivery:
- Drive execution of assigned web projects from planning through delivery, ensuring milestones are met on schedule and at expected quality levels.
- Build, maintain, and regularly update detailed project schedules; track progress and proactively manage dependencies, blockers, and scope.
- Stakeholder Communication & Alignment:
- Coordinate across engineering, design, business, and compliance partners to clarify requirements and ensure deliverable readiness.
- Provide regular project updates and ensure visibility into goals, timelines, risks, and decision points.
- Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify risks early and propose mitigation strategies; prevent issues from escalating into delivery blockers.
- Surface constraints or cross team dependencies promptly to internal leads.
- Process & Execution Excellence:
- Implement lightweight, effective processes that improve predictability and quality across the web development lifecycle.
- Drive alignment on engineering and publishing best practices.
- Help refine and evolve workflows (e.g., AEM publishing, release planning, QA review cycles) to improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant experience as a Technical Program Manager, Producer, or similar role delivering technical or web based projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with an ability to partner effectively across technical and non technical teams.
- Experience with SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Scrum, and other Agile frameworks.
- Proven ability to create and maintain clear, effective production schedules spanning multiple disciplines.
- Experience driving adoption of engineering best practices and cross team alignment.
- Strong conflict resolution and collaboration skills.
- Ability to design and manage evolving processes that are lightweight but predictable.
- Results driven mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to balance scope, staffing, and budget constraints while maintaining high production quality.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with automated testing concepts (unit testing, functional automation, TDD, code coverage).
- Practical experience supporting or delivering with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
