Job Title: SAP Data Manager / SAP MDM

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contract

W2 Only


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Manager / SAP Master Data Management (MDM) professional to support enterprise-wide data governance, data quality, and master data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP master data objects and data lifecycle management in a remote working environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain SAP master data across modules (Material, Vendor, Customer, Finance, etc.)

  • Design and implement master data governance processes and standards

  • Work with SAP MDM / MDG solutions for data creation, validation, and approval workflows

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across SAP and integrated systems

  • Perform data cleansing, data enrichment, and data harmonization activities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams

  • Support data migration, cutover, and post-go-live data stabilization

  • Monitor data quality KPIs and implement corrective actions

  • Develop documentation, data standards, and operating procedures



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in SAP Data Management / SAP MDM / SAP MDG

  • Strong knowledge of SAP master data objects and data models

  • Hands-on experience with SAP MDG, SAP MDM, or S/4HANA Master Data

  • Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices

  • Knowledge of data migration tools (LTMC, LSMW, Migration Cockpit)

  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment



Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP MDG certification

  • Experience with S/4HANA implementation or migration projects

  • Exposure to data quality tools and reporting

  • Agile/Scrum project experience
