Job Details

We are looking to fill a long-term Contract role as Helpdesk Support

Mode of Interview: In Person

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Work Location: Chesterfield, VA

Shift: EST

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in Help Desk Support
  • 5 years of experience in Customer Service
  • 5 years of experience in Desktop/Laptop/Server Hardware
  • 5 years of experience in Desktop/Server Applications
  • 5 years of experience in General Network
  • 3 years of experience in Hands-On w/Network Equip
  • 3 years of experience in Virtualization
  • 3 years of experience in Backup and Recovery
  • 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in Cybersecurity
  • 2 years of experience in General Database
  • 2 years of experience in Audio-Video Support
