What You Will Do:

Join a fast moving, innovative, and growing team that is supporting a large federal client's Mainframe environment. The selected candidate will provide training, advisory and support the Mainframe and Virtual Tape Library configurations at DOJ.

Specific tasks include:
  • Supporting the training of DOJ staff on the environment, configurations, and processes.
  • Technical support and advisory services for upgrades and enhancement projects.
  • Participating in meetings and discussions;
  • Identifying problems and risks that could adversely impact performance, cost and/or delivery;

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum of EIGHT (8) years of relevant experience
  • Experience with the following technology: Z/OS operating systems, WebSphere and Content Manager.
  • Experience with HTTP/Apache and IBM File Manager

  • Experience with a Ticketing System (i.e.: ServiceNow )
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
