SAP BRIM SOM/CI Functional Consultant/SME

Introduction:

This position involves architecting, designing, implementing, and testing changes to SAP BRIM and related technologies, including SAP S/4HANA. The role requires leading workshops with the business to gather requirements, provide advisory and implementation services, and ensure seamless integration of SAP BRIM with other systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, implement, and test changes to SAP BRIM and related technologies.
  • Lead workshops with the business to gather requirements and ensure processes are captured correctly.
  • Provide advisory and implementation services related to high-volume billing and revenue management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Configure and customize SAP BRIM modules to meet specific requirements.
  • Document process design, technological solutions, and development tasks.
  • Conduct training sessions to teach and mentor junior staff and end-users on SAP BRIM functionality.
  • Review and participate in testing activities, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
  • Maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders and key clients.
  • Lead and participate in project team activities related to enterprise systems.

Requirements:

Required:

  • 7+ years of Hands-on SAP BRIM configuration experience in relevant modules (SOM, CI), with 3+ years in SAP S/4 HANA hosted in commercial cloud.
  • Experience on at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA BRIM implementations in the relevant modules.
  • Expertise in PCI DSS compliance, tokenization, and secure payment flows designs.
  • Working with payment gateways for actual tokenization and payment processing integration.

Preferred:

  • SAP S/4 HANA BRIM certifications (BR235/240/245/416).
  • Experience in utility or transportation industry or with usage-based subscription renewals.
  • Experience with Hybrid Agile Methodologies for implementation.
  • Experience with Microsoft ADO or JIRA.
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP for event-driven architecture and API management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow for post go-live support.

Engagement Requirements:

  • Candidate's location preferred to be within the Continental United States.
  • Virtual/remote work until further notice, with occasional onsite requirements.
  • Attendance at onsite meetings and orientation sessions in Middletown, PA.
  • Ability to provide onsite post go-live support activities as needed.
  • Compliance with travel and workspace arrangements as specified.
