Pay Range: $60 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments using current policy, risk, and third-party security processes.
  • Develop and implement effective GRC strategies and frameworks tailored to specific regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice to stakeholders on GRC best practices and strategies.
  • Implement automation to continuously improve risk assessment processes.
  • Consult on projects and security initiatives as they relate to the control environment.
  • Liaise with IT, OT, and business teams on projects and day-to-day issues.
  • Supports the team in the preparation and submission of progress reports as required.
  • Creates and prepares documentation, reporting, and metrics.
  • Supports in gathering, defining, documenting, and clarifying business requirements.
  • Works cross-functionally on the development and implementation of projects and ensures the success of projects/programs.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills:GRC Analysis; Risk assessments & Exceptions processes; Develop and implement GRC strategies and frameworks; Automation .
  • Senior level, typically 7+ years of experience.
  • Understands advanced aspects of discipline and is viewed as an expert in a given field.
  • Applies a broad range of competencies to develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Often provides specialized/technical/functional guidance to others within the department and/or business asset.
  • Influences others to achieve objectives..
