Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter cum HR Executive to support our growing organization. This role combines responsibilities across recruitment, HR operations, onboarding, payroll, invoicing, and direct administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for internal and client requirements.
  • Source, screen, and schedule interviews for potential candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.

HR Operations & Employee Management:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding formalities for employees and consultants.
  • Handle employee documentation, contracts, and compliance processes.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records.

Payroll & Invoicing:

  • Coordinate monthly payroll processing and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage client invoicing processes and track payment schedules.
  • Liaise with finance and accounts teams to ensure timely disbursements and collections.
  • Executive Support to CEO:
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO.
  • Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and assist in follow-ups.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Help in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in HR and recruitment.
  • Experience with payroll processing and basic finance/invoicing coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRMS tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and high-level executive coordination.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a staffing/recruitment agency or IT services environment.
  • Exposure to international payroll/invoice processes (optional but a plus).
