Ideal Candidate:

*** Candidates must be members of the CA Bar with 2 years of defense litigation experience. ***

*** Please keep in mind that this is an associate, so candidates should have up to about 8 years of experience.

Client Details:

Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, seeks an experienced Litigation Associate with two to eight years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California.

*** The Associate will work exclusively on a team representing automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related matters.

While prior warranty experience is not required, all candidates must demonstrate the following:

Trial and arbitration preparation and courtroom experience, including motion practice, depositions, and mediations
