Job Description:

Myridius is seeking a Proactive level 1 IT Engineer to join their Corporate team @ Iselin, NJ. This role involves providing hands on support for day to day IT operations including user onboarding/offboarding, device setup, Vendor coordination, basic trouble shooting, Inventory tracking and local support for corporate systems and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling onboarding and offboarding procedures including user account setup, AD/M365 Provisioning, and hardware/software allocation.
  • Ensure laptop readiness and desk setup for new joiners
  • install configure and troubleshoot standard software applications and OS (Windows / MacOS)
  • Perform Laptop imaging, updates, and end point protection setup
  • Provide support for printer and scanner issues, driver installation and network configuration
  • Maintain updates and records for IT assets and Inventory
  • Maintain ticketing system records and escalate issues when required

Required Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in computer science / Information Technology or Equivalent
  • 2-3 Years of IT Support / Help Desk Experience (Preferable in a corporate or consulting environment)
  • Proficiency in Supporting Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, remote access tools, and endpoint Management
  • Hands on experience with Printer configuration, VPN Setups and Basic networking (LAN, WI-F, IP Addressing)
  • Experience in Ticketing Systems like ServiceDesk Plus, ZOHO is a Huge plus
  • Good verbal and written communication Skills
  • Ability to lift Hardware (Monitors, Laptops, Docking stations) and manage office IT Logistics

Preferred Certifications
CompTlA A+ / Network+ / Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
Associate (optional but preferred)

Work Hours
9 AM to 5 PM EST (Monday to Friday); occasional after-hours support for maintenance or deployment activities.
