.NET Solutions Architect / Solutions architect 100% Remote

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced .NET Solutions Architect for an 18+ month contract role in Greensboro, NC. This role requires working onsite, 5 days per week, with a strong focus on designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions within the trucking or telematics industry.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in .NET Core, C#, AWS, and modern enterprise architecture best practices. Prior experience working within the trucking or telematics industry is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance solutions using .NET Core and related technologies.

  • Provide architectural guidance and hands-on technical leadership to development teams.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

  • Ensure best practices in architecture, security, and cloud deployments (AWS).

  • Participate in code reviews and mentor developers on design patterns and best practices.

  • Deliver architectural artifacts, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:
Industry Experience: Must have prior experience in the trucking or telematics industry - no exceptions.
Technical Skills:

  • .NET Core, C#, and related frameworks.

  • Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud Services and cloud-native architectures.

  • Experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale applications.
    Architecture: Proven background in enterprise architecture and solution design for large-scale systems.
    Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with business and technical teams.
