JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Austin, Tx (Preferred Local candidate with in 50Miles)

Its W2 Position:

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Architect to lead the design, development, and management of enterprise data architecture solutions in support of analytics, reporting, and healthcare operations. This role requires a deep understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, cloud platforms, and advanced analytics, with proven experience in healthcare data standards and integration. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and leadership skills, capable of managing complex projects and guiding cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support analytics and reporting initiatives.

  • Architect, deploy, and manage cloud-based data solutions on platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using Informatica and other integration tools, ensuring efficient data flow across systems.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, CCDA) and support EHR integration, APIs, and real-time data streaming.

  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and big data analytics, to enhance healthcare solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with data engineers, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless data accessibility and usability.

  • Provide technical leadership for advanced analytics projects, ensuring adherence to architecture best practices and enterprise standards.

  • Manage cloud infrastructure, including data storage options, security considerations, and application deployment best practices.

  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in healthcare data and cloud architecture.
