Role: Business Analyst
Location: Aliso Veijo, CA (hybrid from Day 1)
Duration: 12 Months
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong healthcare domain knowledge and expertise in Broker and Shopper domains. The ideal candidate will excel at gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Provide domain expertise in Broker and Shopper workflows to guide solution design.
Conduct impact analysis and identify gaps between current and future state processes.
Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Support UAT by preparing test scenarios and validating deliverables against requirements.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate requirements and progress.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 8 years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare systems and processes.
Functional expertise in Broker and Shopper domains.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in requirement gathering tools and documentation standards.
Familiarity with system integration concepts and data flows.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in Agile environments and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Knowledge of insurance, benefits administration, or enrollment systems.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
