The Inventory To Delivery (ITD) Business Process Analyst will play a pivotal, leading the implementation of key supply chain initiatives as part of our broader business and technology modernization efforts. This role requires a solid understanding of Inventory to Delivery processes and solutions, experience in Advanced Planning software, with extensive experience in materials planning, forecasting, MRP, and S&OP. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic objectives and will be responsible for ensuring alignment with client s goals of standardizing business processes, enhancing data quality, and enabling technological innovation for the future state ITD design.
Job Responsibilities
- Recognized SAP Material Planning subject matter expert who represents materials team stakeholders in the overall S/4HANA Modernization program.
- Supports all project phases as representative of the materials and planning process in design workshops, socialization, and confirmation, business requirements for L3/L4 processes.
- Facilitate cross functional workshops to design cross functional integrated business planning processes.
- Supports and coaches peers through change management of future state design concepts
- Designs, configures, tests, and trains end users (material planners), and supports deployment of
- Advanced Planning tools and S/4HANA
- Validates/confirms business requirements against documented regulations and procedures.
- Identify gaps and cross functional design requirements, and solve unique and complex problems by anticipating issues and developing innovative solutions.
- Works with senior management to support strategic planning and decision making in relation to organizational and cross functional business processes.
- May manage major cross-functional projects and initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business, Statistics, Mathematics or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 8 years of related or equivalent experience.
- Experience implementing or working with SAP Materials Planning and Advanced Planning applications.

- Creative and strategic problem-solving skills to develop new, innovative process solutions.
- Strong analytical and writing skills to create compelling business cases based on complex business environments and inputs.
- Influence, negotiation & persuasion skills to gain agreement on recommended process improvement.
- Advanced project management skills & knowledge to lead the largest most complex projects across the line of business supported.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
- Deep knowledge and expertise of business and/or industry drivers - Utility industry experience a plus
- APICS-American Production and Inventory Control Society CPIM-Certified Production and Inventory Management certification
