We are seeking an experienced IBM Connect: Direct Specialist with deep expertise in file exchange technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and upgrade IBM Connect: Direct and Sterling File Gateway.
Support and manage file exchange migrations across mainframe, distributed systems, and cloud platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient file transfer operations.
