OIC Integration Lead with strong Oracle SCM Cloud functional expertise
We are seeking a highly skilled OIC Integration Lead with strong Oracle SCM Cloud functional expertise to drive end-to-end integration strategy and execution. This role requires a blend of technical leadership in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and functional knowledge of Oracle SCM processes. The successful candidate will bridge business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring seamless integrations, business process efficiency, and alignment with enterprise objectives.
Key Responsibilities
OIC Integration Leadership
Lead the design, development, and deployment of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Translate business requirements into integration architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and best practices.
Manage the full lifecycle of integrations: design, build, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support.
Define standards, reusable templates, and frameworks for integration development.
Collaborate with ERP, SCM, and external systems teams to ensure smooth data flow across applications.
Oracle SCM Functional Expertise
Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze and document requirements across Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
Provide functional knowledge of SCM data flows, transaction lifecycles, and reporting needs.
Support integration of SCM with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, Finance, WMS, TMS, 3rd party logistics, supplier portals).
Leverage SCM APIs, web services, and FBDI to enable integration and data exchange.
Act as a functional SME to validate SCM business scenarios during testing and UAT.
Collaboration & Governance
Partner with functional consultants and business users to ensure solutions align with process requirements.
Provide leadership and mentoring to junior integration developers and functional analysts.
Establish governance for integration change management, documentation, and compliance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HCM, IT Infrastructure, Security) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Support & Continuous Improvement
Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
Optimize integrations for cost, performance, and maintainability.
