Job Details
- High familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, IRE, Service Mapping, Data Certification, etc.
- Strong ServiceNow Architecture capabilities across HAM, SAM, EA, and CSDM portfolios.
- Strong Software Engineering background with the ability to quickly adapt to new frameworks.
- Associate s degree with 6+ years of systems analysis/application development experience OR 8+ years combined education and experience with at least 6 in analysis/development.
- Proficiency in development software, project tools, and computing environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
- Experience leading technical teams, managing projects, and driving milestone delivery.
- Experience in business-technology coordination and mentoring team members.
- Mastery of application frameworks, integration, and interfacing systems.
Familiarity with the banking or financial industry is a plus
