Program Manager (Mortgage Platform)
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 10 years of experience managing programs and/or projects required. Experience in management of Technology and Enterprise-wide projects and programs required.
Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience identifying and creating or improving interdepartmental or enterprise processes, documentation, and engineering process flows required.
Minimum of 1 year of mentoring and influencing employees on responsibilities such as processes, approach, practices, etc. required.
Experience leading, providing performance feedback, and workload management guidance required.
Experience leading teams and managing delivery using both Agile and Waterfall required.
