Job Title: Oracle EPM & EPCM Consultant

Location: Boston, MA- Onsite

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM & EPCM professional to design, implement, and maintain enterprise performance management solutions that drive profitability analysis, cost allocations, and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud applications, especially Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM), and strong knowledge of finance, costing methodologies, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

Design and implement Oracle EPM Cloud and EPCM solutions, including allocation models, profitability models, and reporting structures.

Configure allocation rules, cost driver definitions, and data transformation processes.

Collaborate with finance and business teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Data Integration & Management

Develop and maintain data integrations between Oracle EPM/EPCM and ERP/other data sources.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across EPM applications.

Automate data loads, calculations, and report generation.

Reporting & Analytics

Build dashboards, financial reports, and KPI metrics in Oracle EPM reporting tools (e.g., Smart View, Narrative Reporting).

Provide cost transparency and profitability insights for products, customers, channels, or business units.

Optimize allocation methodologies for better business decision-making.

Support & Maintenance

Provide day-to-day application administration, user support, and troubleshooting.

Monitor system performance and apply patches, updates, and enhancements.

Maintain security roles, user access, and compliance with governance standards.
