1. 10+ years' experience with business intelligence methods including hands-on work with modern BI platforms such as Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
2. 5+ years' experience in Power BI including data modeling, transformations, measures & visualizations, and performance optimization
3. 3+ years' experience with Azure cloud services, particularly Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and related components
4. Proficiency in programming and query languages such as SQL, DAX/MDX, and knowledge in Python/R is plus
5. Strong experience with tabular/semantic model design for large-scale enterprise models using Analysis Services or Power BI
6. Advanced data analysis, and analytical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
7. Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience required
8. Must have excellent communication, strong English
