This is a full-time Level 2 Help Desk role for a managed services provider near Cherry Hill, NJ. The company offers technical support to both smaller and medium-sized businesses.
The ideal candidate for this job will have strong customer service skills as the position is client facing. Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems or related field or 3+ years of related work experience
- Professional, friendly attitude when talking on the phone
- Ability to explain technical terminology to technical and non-technical individuals
- Experience with Windows Desktop Operating Systems
- Experience using Windows Server Operating Systems (Active Directory and Group Policy)
- Understanding and experience working with VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Microsoft 365 stack (Intune, SharePoint, and Defender)
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute, and physically lift and move existing and new PC system components
- Demonstrates a high-level understanding of SMB Networking equipment (SonicWall, FortiGate, Meraki, and UniFi)
- Candidate must have reliable transportation
