Web/Software Developer OpenText StreamServe or Exstream
Industry: Renewable Energy
Location: Miami Gardens, FL
Contract: 7 months with potential extension

We re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Web/Software Developer to join our team and support a key customer CIS migration project. This role will focus on migrating OpenText StreamServe-based English content to the latest version of the software, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality, accurate deliverables.

What You ll Do:

  • Manage HTML and Apache Velocity assets as part of the content migration process

  • Run StreamServe/Exstream content generation processes to create and validate output

  • Collaborate with internal customers through Jira to align on requirements and ensure content accuracy

  • Pull data from Oracle, Postgres, and other relational databases to create input XML files for content testing

  • Use Python scripts to generate automated test cases for content validation

What We re Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS and templating languages such as Velocity, Jinja, or Go

  • Experience with OpenText StreamServe or Exstream document creation engines

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Excellent grammar, written communication, and attention to detail

  • Basic SQL skills for working with Oracle, Postgres, or other relational databases

  • Basic Python knowledge for automation and testing
