Description
We are looking for a skilled Marketing Demand Generation Specialist with expertise in HubSpot to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. This is a long-term contract position designed for someone who thrives on creating impactful campaigns and leveraging analytics to drive results. Responsibilities:
Set up and execute marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including workflow automation, landing page creation, and analytics reporting.
Develop and implement targeted email campaigns and paid social media strategies to increase engagement and drive conversions.
Optimize social media advertising efforts across various channels, ensuring campaigns align with overall marketing goals.
Analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights to enhance future strategies and maximize ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with Salesforce and Salesforce Account Engagement.
Conduct assessments of campaign effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Create detailed marketing reports that communicate key performance metrics and inform decision-making.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing practices.
Manage ad campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking, to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on HubSpot demand generation.
Proficiency in executing email campaigns, paid social media strategies, and social media advertising.
Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Account Engagement is highly desirable.
Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages and workflows within HubSpot.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and the ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams.
