IT Operations Team Lead (English/Korean Bilingual)
Contract: 1 year (ASAP start)
Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite)
Summary:
Seeking an experienced bilingual (English/Korean) IT Operations Lead to manage escalations, support corporate executives, and strengthen IT processes across a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead urgent and complex IT support escalations.
Oversee ticketing workflows and provide KPI/trend reporting (Zendesk ITSM).
Analyze daily tickets and recommend process improvements.
Monitor IT channels (Slack, Teams, Email).
Provide VIP support for 70+ executives.
Serve as technical bridge between Tier 2 and Systems/Network teams.
Participate in escalation and on-call rotations.
Review purchase orders and user feedback to enhance service quality.
Deploy and maintain Samsung in-house security tools.
Troubleshoot Windows/Mac/Linux devices and peripherals.
Utilize AD, Group Policy, DNS, certificates (Windows PKI), SCCM, SCEP, and imaging tools.
Requirements:
English/Korean bilingual.
Strong enterprise IT experience and business-culture awareness.
Skilled in report writing, presentations, and root-cause analysis.
Experience supporting Windows 11 and MacOS.
