Job Details
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Learning Systems Administrator to support and manage our academic technology platforms. This is an onsite role based in either New York City or Carlsbad, San Diego.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Jenzabar, and Blackboard, and will play a key role in the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of these platforms.
Proficiency in SQL, HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
Experience supporting or working with Student Information Systems or similar ERP systems.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Experience with student information systems like Jenzabar, Blackboard or Salesforce preferred
Familiarity with JavaScript, APIs, or server-side scripting languages (e.g., PHP, ASP.NET).
Experience in the design, implementation
