Job Details

This 80+ year old Financial Services company has over $65 Billion in assets for providing financial assistance for housing and economic development in the communities they serve. Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation you will assist senior management in digital transformation with data driven activities that affect enterprise processes, internal controls and business plans.

Contribute to digitization and automation efforts, functions and processes requiring technical acumen. Play an instrumental role in researching and adoption of AI in streamlining, automating, and supporting reporting, metrics, and analytics across the organization. Create and support ad hoc reports, queries, special projects, system and website testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Using reporting tools like SSRS, Power BI and Excel, design and develop reports and tools for building reports and dashboards.
  • Design and develop KPIs, KRIs and other metrics as needed
  • Perform quality assessment of data, data reports and the resulting decisions
  • Learn business processes and provide suggestions to improve solutions for impacted teams
  • Design and develop dashboard for daily activities, management and committees.
  • Evaluate latest tools for digitization and automation efforts to design and develop solutions leveraging these tools.
  • Design and build automation solutions leveraging MS Power Platform, UI Path or other available tools.
  • Support AI adoption in areas such as predictive modeling, vendor evaluation and implementation, analytics and selections etc.
  • Analyze internal systems and processes, identify efficiencies, and offer solutions to assist in product development and to promote operational excellence.
  • Participate in the design and development of CRM software, including specifications, report layouts, functional acceptance testing, system accuracy, checks and program implementations.
  • Expand industry, product, and functional knowledge beneficial to the organization s data vision.

BACKGROUND

  • Strong experience in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Strong experience writing SQL queries for ad hoc data analysis and report development.
  • Strong computer skills supporting quantitative and analytical initiatives.
  • Good experience with BI tools such SSRS report builder, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Experience creating and manipulating spreadsheets and data using MS Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to break down ideas/issues leading to solutions as well as conduct research to uncover answers and provide solutions.
