Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, product guides, online help, release notes, and API references.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and understand technical processes.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise content for diverse audiences.
  • Maintain version control and documentation repositories (e.g., Git, Confluence).
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to branding, style guides, and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in product development cycles to stay informed on new features and updates.
  • Conduct regular content audits to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a technical writing role, preferably in a software or technology environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Confluence, Markdown, Git, or other documentation platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
