Job Description:
Pay Range: $35.30hr - $40.30hr
- Serve as primary liaison between Biologics Candidateufacturing and support functions including Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance
- Candidateage manufacturing business systems and processes to ensure operational efficiency
- Support capacity planning and material flow scheduling across manufacturing facilities
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and maintain performance metrics dashboards
- Provide direct stXXgic support to Executive Leadership Team for budgeting and program planning
- Participate in key management committees and supply review processes
- Ensure operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Investigate and correct safety standard deviations
- Support cGMP compliance and participate in new team member training

- BS/BA and 3-5 years' experience preferred.
- Will accept technical BS with proven business management/analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and oral presentation skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP/Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems, scheduling, cGMP, and data analysis.
- Must have robust problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a bias towards going to see problems for oneself in the field.
- Must have the ability to analyze an issue from diverse perspectives (safety, compliance, maintenance, automation, equipment, process, and people) in order to best understand and resolve it.
- Must have a strong desire to succeed and to help others to do the same.
- Must be enthusiastic, confident, and self-starters, with a passion for continuous learning.
- Must have strong communication skills, written and verbal.

- Education in biology, biochemistry, biochemical engineering, biological systems engineering, biomedical engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, integrated science, materials science and engineering, mechanical engineering, physics.
