Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Architect
Oracle Fusion HCM certification is a plus.
Experience in working in Big 5 companies is a plus (Oracle, Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture, EY)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fusion HCM Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM applications, with a focus on Core HR, Benefits, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, and Workforce Compensation modules. This role requires a blend of technical and functional expertise, along with HR Business Process design, HCM consultancy experience with excellent communication skills,
- 13+ years of total experience with at least 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
- Completion of at least 5 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Strong expertise in Requirement Gathering, analysis, and solution design, HR process optimizations, HR process recommendations w.r.t Fusion HCM
- Good understanding of latest AI features, Redwood UI enablement.
- In depth understanding of integration methodologies and interfaces.
- Should be able to design Fast Formulae, Personalization, Data Extracts, and BIP Reports.
- Strong Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with global clients/US Clients.
