Job Description:

What will you do?

  • Identifying/updating work procedures; prepare work schedules and expedite workflow
  • Examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
  • Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of workers
  • Identify, drive, and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the group
  • Analyzing and evaluating problems with inventory, delivery, and/or sales orders. Providing periodic reports and updates to management.
  • Leads effort in resolution of warehouse barriers
  • Acting as subject matter expert for material providing and handling strategies in support of Production System.

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Bachelor s degree (BS) in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain
  • 1+ years minimum experience directly supervising employees (Ex: conducting annual performance appraisals, issuing discipline, hiring/onboarding new talent, creating and achieving department goals)
  • 3+ year experience in a Manufacturing or Supply Chain role.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Prior knowledge/experience with shipping and shipping processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of PC applications (Windows, Excel, Word, Access, etc)
  • Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma knowledge and application preferred

Key Responsibilities

Safety Oversight: Continuously monitor employee safety and ensure compliance with all company safety policies.

Time and Attendance Management: Approve PTO, manage attendance, and enforce company policies fairly and consistently.

Employee Support: Address escalations, remove operational barriers, and foster a positive work environment.

Kitting Supervision: Oversee the kitting process to ensure a minimum of 50 kits are delivered to production lines daily.

Policy Enforcement: Apply company policies in performance management, discipline, and goal achievement.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3 years supervising employees, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, hiring/onboarding, and goal setting.

Technical Skills: SAP knowledge preferred.

Leadership: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.

Operational Excellence: Proven ability to meet production targets and improve workflow efficiency. Start Time: 10:00 AM
