Job Details

We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Field Support professional to provide on-site support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues. The role involves assisting end-users, installing and configuring equipment, resolving technical problems, and ensuring minimal downtime at client or internal locations. Strong customer service skills, mobility, and the ability to work independently are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment at field locations
Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely
Provide user training and support for hardware/software
Coordinate with central IT for escalated issues
Maintain accurate service records and reports
Requirements:
1 year experience in field technical support or desktop support
Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking basics, and mobile devices
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Willingness to travel frequently to support various locations
