Summary:
The client is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Engineer to design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions that empower our sales, commercial operations, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with business acumen, enabling scalable, AI-driven solutions that support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer engagement. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables and ensure seamless adoption of Salesforce across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Development
  • Architect, configure, and customize Salesforce applications to align with sales, marketing, and commercial operations goals.
  • Build scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integration tools.
  • Design and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
  • AI & Innovation
  • Implement and integrate Salesforce Agent Force and other AI tools to drive data-driven insights and predictive analytics.
  • Explore and deploy AI-based solutions to enhance lead scoring, pipeline forecasting, campaign effectiveness, and customer journey optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage Salesforce and its ecosystem.
  • Ensure end-user adoption through documentation, knowledge sharing, and training sessions.

Data Management & Integrations
  • Maintain data integrity and quality across Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications (e.g., marketing automation, ERP, analytics).
  • Support ongoing API development and middleware integrations.
  • Governance & Optimization
  • Uphold Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively recommend enhancements.
  • Provide tier-3 support for complex Salesforce issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Salesforce Certifications required: Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification strongly preferred.

Professional Experience
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce engineering/development experience.
  • Proven track record of designing and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions in support of sales and commercial teams.
  • Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, APIs, and integration tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement AI solutions in Salesforce (Einstein Analytics, predictive modeling, or third-party AI tools) for commercially driven objectives.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot).

Skills & Competencies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience delivering via Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) required

Pay Rate: $67/hour W2
