Job Details
What You'll Do
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and throughput.
- Support the rapid growth of product lines by developing and implementing scalable manufacturing processes.
- Split your time between the production floor and desk work
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and standardize best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3-10 years of professional experience in related position
- Strong background in continuous improvement, process development, and execution.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, or industrial controls is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working directly on the floor with operators and support teams.
- Familiarity with automotive quality requirements (control plans, IATF 16949) - you don't need to be an expert, but you should understand key concepts and applications.
- CAD experience is a plus, not mandatory.
