Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage onsite IT support team ensuring operational efficiency.
Provide VIP/white-glove support for senior executives.
Oversee AV support for conference rooms and events.
Manage device lifecycle (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes).
Handle IT asset inventory and software deployment.
Collaborate with HR, Security, and remote IT teams for onboarding/offboarding.
Monitor SLA adherence and prepare weekly reports.
Required Skills:
10+ years of IT support experience (3+ years as Lead/Manager).
Expertise in ServiceNow, Ivanti MobileIron, ProxyPro, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD).
Hands-on with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, AV systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred: ITIL v4, CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications.
