Job Details

Location: Goleta, CA (100% Onsite Day 1 required)
Type: C2C or W2
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Client-Facing Experience: Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage onsite IT support team ensuring operational efficiency.

  • Provide VIP/white-glove support for senior executives.

  • Oversee AV support for conference rooms and events.

  • Manage device lifecycle (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes).

  • Handle IT asset inventory and software deployment.

  • Collaborate with HR, Security, and remote IT teams for onboarding/offboarding.

  • Monitor SLA adherence and prepare weekly reports.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of IT support experience (3+ years as Lead/Manager).

  • Expertise in ServiceNow, Ivanti MobileIron, ProxyPro, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD).

  • Hands-on with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, AV systems.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Preferred: ITIL v4, CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications.
