Job Details
KEY NOTES-
- They must be able to work onsite, offices are very nice and they will have their own office.
- They MUST have excellent communication skills
- Must have strong client management and account management skills specifically with SaaS type products
- Strong B2B enterprise level Customer Success experience
- Must be very presentable
- Must have ability to think outside the box and work with our customer on solutions with overall client experience
Core Experience:
- 3+ years in an Enterprise-level Customer Success or Account Management role and 3-5 years overall Customer Success experience (recent experience)
- Proven success with SaaS platforms and B2B client support
- Strong cross-functional collaboration (executives, field managers, controllers, etc.)
Skills & Attributes:
- High adaptability; able to wear multiple hats
- Strategic communicator; confident and articulate
- Fast learner; expected to ramp up in 90 days to lead client-facing activities independently
Nice-to-Haves:
- Background in compliance or working alongside compliance teams (beneficial, but no longer a requirement)
