Overview
A Talent Acquisition Partner drives talent acquisition strategy, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across various functions.
Key Qualifications
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing strategies
- Strong interpersonal and candidate relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities
- Experience in high-volume recruiting and building pipelines
Additional Preferences
- Prefer a hands-on recruiter who can manage high-volume workloads, rather than someone focused on team oversight or process improvement for Talent Acquisition
- Experience in IT, Government, or Healthcare recruiting is not preferred
- Ideal candidate should have extensive experience recruiting for in-person roles within banking/financial institutions across the US (e.g., Member Service Representatives (MSR))
