As Nabors continues to enhance operational performance through innovation and continuous improvement, the Training & QHSE Excellence Analyst plays a critical role in evaluating and improving the company?s performance across Training, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) domains.This position supports data-driven decision-making by combining analytics, systems management, and project leadership to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and drive actionable insights that strengthen organizational excellence.
- Continually evaluate the effectiveness of the company?s Training, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) processes and systems by analyzing performance across all Areas to highlight improvement opportunities and share lessons learned.
- Develop regular reports and dashboards to management on the effectiveness of Training and QHSE policies and procedures, including Area KPIs, Training Compliance Metrics, and General QHSE Performance Indicators.
- Identify global gaps in training effectiveness, service levels, or manufactured product quality, and recommend targeted solutions to close identified gaps.
- Partner with Training, QHSE, and Operational leaders to drive implementation and execution of improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
- Support data collection, integration, and analysis across multiple systems such as Oracle Fusion, Intelex, etc. to ensure accuracy, visibility, and traceability of performance data.
- Make recommendations for improvement that drive training quality, safety compliance, and operational excellence.
- Assist operations, QHSE, and Training teams with special projects and initiatives as needed, providing analytical and administrative support.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO, API, or equivalent regional regulations).
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by benchmarking performance, identifying trends, and promoting best practices across regions.

- Good business judgment in handling potentially sensitive information.

- Self-motivated & energetic.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office products, with particular emphasis on Excel and Power BI (able to create executive level presentations).
- Must be proficient in excel, power BI.
- Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local HSE requirements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Working understanding of lean principals.
- 3-5 years of experience in similar role.
- Business Intelligence.
