Lead Workday HCM Techno Functional Consultant
Location: Onsite at Atlanta, GA (Relocation is open and expenses covered)
Duration: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Our client is seeking a Workday Consultant with experience in Asset Management and Finance. The consultant will help implement, configure, and optimize Workday modules to support finance and investment operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization and contribute to key projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Workday HCM/Finance module implementation and configuration for Asset Management and Finance processes.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Configure Workday Financials, Payroll, and Compensation modules as needed.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and integrations to support business operations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionality.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Workday Consultant, preferably in Finance or Asset Management domains.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Financials, Payroll, or HCM modules.
- Experience with reporting, integrations, and Workday Studio.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite or remotely, with flexibility to align with EST hours.
- Willingness to relocate to Atlanta, GA if required (relocation support provided).
