"Manage HAM lifecycle.

•             Discovery maturity, aging analysis, day to day operations.

•             Contract onboarding.

•             Gap analysis, aging analysis, usage optimization, reporting,

•             SLA/SR management.

•             Maintaining CI ownership

Onboarding of entitlements, validation of discovered application, compliance analysis and reporting, Coordinate with SAM stakeholders

•             Process improvement.

•             Responsible for managing and maintaining discovery schedules, service mapping, MID server configuration and management,

•             Mapping of servers to applications for Application Portfolio Management.

•             CMDB maturity,

•             define CI levels,

•             relationships,

•             create data models, SLA/SR management"
