Crew process improvement associates measure and document customer satisfaction, cost and time reduction, and quality improvement processes and develop strategies to improve them.
Responsibilities:
Manage SAP S4/HANA training curriculum within LMS
Setup/maintain required Project Einstein users within LMS
Manage assignments of appropriate training curriculum per user
Support the build and update of Instructor-Led-Training "ILT" and training schedules
Manage the collection and input of ILT course attendance tracking and reporting
Manage the collection and reporting of ILT Knowledge Checks
Manage the collection and reporting of ITL Session Leaner Feedback
Generate reports and dashboards to track training progress
Support troubleshooting and resolve LMS related issues
Translate PowerPoint document
Qualifications:
Proactive, driver, eager to learn, and great teammate
Comfortable using Excel
Technically savvy
Ability to follow step by step process, learn how to navigate, then do it
Work between Excel then software, leverage some PM management skills
Must be local to MN and able to work hybrid in Eden Prairie
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
