RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's large retail client is looking for a Technical Product Manager to work onsite 4 days a week in San Francisco, San Jose or Rocklin, CA - preference for San Francisco.
Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Product Manager to lead initiatives focused on Oracle Financials, specifically the Accounts Receivable (AR) module. This role will drive product vision, roadmap, and execution for financial systems that support billing, collections, and customer account management.
Duties/Day to Day Overview:
* Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
* Lead cross-functional teams in implementing enhancements to Oracle AR processes including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation
* Define and monitor KPIs for AR performance, including DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), collection efficiency, and cash application accuracy
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls across AR workflows
* Partner with Oracle support and vendors to resolve system issues and optimize configurations
* Stay current on Oracle Financials updates and best practices to inform product strategy
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis within financial systems
* Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials Cloud, especially the Accounts Receivable module
* Strong understanding of AR processes: billing, collections, credit management, and revenue recognition
* Familiarity with related modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management and Accounting Hub
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
