Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Support

Locations— Chattanooga, TN (Once in Week need to travel to TN)

Job Description:

We are looking for an Oracle Cloud SCM Support Functional Consultant to join our support team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM and experience in providing exceptional support to users. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, configuring system enhancements, and ensuring the smooth operation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. System Support and Maintenance:
    • Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with other teams.
    • Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  2. User Assistance and Training:
    • Assist users in understanding and effectively using Oracle Cloud functionalities.
    • Develop and conduct training sessions and create user documentation.
    • Provide ongoing user support and address any queries or concerns.
  3. Process Improvement:
    • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Work with stakeholders to implement best practices and streamline operations.
    • Customize Oracle Cloud applications to better align with business requirements.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and processes.
    • Generate reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
    • Document issue resolutions and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with IT and business teams to align Oracle Cloud solutions with business strategies.
    • Coordinate with Oracle support for technical issues and updates.
    • Work closely with offshore team and ensure the deliverables/incidents are well managed within the defined SLAs
    • Engage with third-party vendors as needed for system integrations and enhancements.

Qualifications:

Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
    • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and Oracle SCM functionalities.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud SCM suite, including modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, etc.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Oracle Cloud SCM certification is advantageous.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with service management tools like Manage Engine, ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Familiarity with SQL and basic knowledge of Oracle Cloud technical components.
  • Experience in training end-users and creating user documentation
