Job Details

UX Designer with Banking or Credit Union experience who can work onsite in Tysons, VA.

Role: UX Lead Designer
Location: Tysons, VA (Onsite - Monday to Friday)
Duration: Contract - 12 months + Months and extendable
Pay Rate: $55/hr - $60/hr on W2 All Inclusive, Danta Technologies Inc. OR $65/hr on C2C - Corp to Corp All Inclusive

Job Description:

We are looking for an UX Lead who can effectively lead our UX efforts and bring strong domain expertise in digital banking. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving design strategy and team collaboration, while being well-versed with the banking.

" Proven experience as a UX Lead in digital banking environments

" Expertise in designing end-to-end user experiences in complex banking applications

" Ability to mentor UX teams and lead design reviews and stakeholder discussions
