Description:
We are seeking a customer-focused and technically skilled Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician to provide first-level support for end-users in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems, Office 365 applications, network printing, and Active Directory services.
  • Assist with device management and software deployment using SCCM, Entra ID, and Intune.
  • Troubleshoot basic networking issues including wireless connectivity, VPN access, and telecommunication systems.
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets, emails, and calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and escalate complex problems to Tier 2/3 support when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of support activities and contribute to knowledge base documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, Entra, and Intune.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including wireless and telecom systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence, responsiveness, and reliability.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
