Job Details
Position: Principal Salesforce Systems Analyst
Location: Lowell, MA
Hybrid Onsite: 3 days a week
Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire - (must be able to convert FTE)
2nd Round Interview will be Onsite- face to face
Qualifications:
- 9+ years experience working within Salesforce
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce platform configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.
Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (required).
- Salesforce Architect certification, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce AI , Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant (preferred).
- Hands-on Salesforce expertise and certifications are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Solution Design and Implementation:
- Develop scalable Salesforce configuration workflows.
- Build automations using Flows and other tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, identifying opportunities to leverage new features for organizational benefit.
- Recommend enhancements based on user feedback and industry best practices.
- Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
