Position: PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll Consultant
Location: Albany, NY
Job type: Onsite

Job Description: -
We are seeking a PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering functional and technical expertise to support, configure, and enhance PeopleSoft HCM solutions in a large-scale or government enterprise environment.
Responsibilities: -
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into PeopleSoft system solutions
- Configure and maintain PeopleSoft HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Payroll and HR processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance) to streamline business processes
- Support system upgrades, patches, and testing efforts
- Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications and user guides
- Provide training and support to end-users as needed
- Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and organizational policies
Required Skills & Qualifications: -
- 7+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll.
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor.
- Experience in system configuration, support, and enhancements.
- Familiarity with People Tools, Application Engine, SQR, and Query is a plus.
- Prior experience working in government or large enterprise environments preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
